Iconovo AB (publ), som utvecklar kompletta inhalationsprodukter för en global marknad, tillkännagav i dag att de har avtalat med immunterapibolaget ISR Immune System Regulation AB (ISR), ett dotterbolag till ISR Immune System Regulation Holding AB (publ), om tilläggsarbete för det pågående projektet med inhalerat covid-19 vaccin med utveckling av en nasal version av Iconovos inhalator ICOone. Tilläggsuppdraget kan ge Iconovo upp till 4,9 MSEK utöver tidigare avtal.

Iconovo AB (publ), a company developing complete inhalation products for a global market, today announced that it has received an order from the immunotherapy company ISR Immune System Regulation AB (ISR), a subsidiary of ISR Immune System Regulation Holding AB (publ), for additional work for the ongoing project with inhaled COVID-19 vaccine with a development of a nasal version of Iconovo's inhaler ICOone. The additional order may give Iconovo up to 4.9 MSEK in addition to previously announced agreement.

Iconovo AB har genomfört en riktad nyemission om 75 miljoner kronor
Styrelsen för Iconovo AB (publ) (”Iconovo” eller ”Bolaget”) har med stöd av det bemyndigande som styrelsen erhöll på årsstämman den 19 maj 2021, beslutat om en riktad nyemission av 1 071 500 aktier, vilket motsvarar cirka 13,8 procent av antalet utestående aktier i Bolaget, till en teckningskurs om 70 kronor per aktie (”Nyemissionen”). Detta innebär att Bolaget tillförs 75 005 000 kronor före emissionskostnader. Teckningskursen i Nyemissionen har fastställts genom ett accelererat bookbuilding-förfarande (”Bookbuildingen”). Nyemissionen har tecknats av ett antal nya svenska och internationella institutionella investerare, däribland Alcur Fonder, FE Fonder och Humle Fonder, samt ett antal befintliga ägare, däribland Andra AP-fonden, Fjärde AP-fonden, Handelsbanken Fonder och Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB.
Iconovo AB has completed a directed share issue of SEK 75 million
The Board of Directors of Iconovo AB (publ) (”Iconovo” or the ”Company”) has, pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company that was held on 19 May 2021, resolved on a directed share issue of 1,071,500 new shares, corresponding to approximately 13.8 per cent of the total number of shares outstanding, at a subscription price of SEK 70 per share (the “Issue”). This means that the Company receives SEK 75,005,000 before transaction costs. The subscription price in the Issue has been determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure (the ”Bookbuilding”). The Issue was subscribed for by several new Swedish and international institutional investors, such as Alcur Fonder, FE Fonder and Humle Fonder, as well as several existing owners, such as Andra AP-fonden, Fjärde AP-fonden, Handelsbanken Fonder and Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB.
Iconovo AB utreder förutsättningarna för att genomföra en riktad nyemission
Iconovo AB (publ) (”Iconovo” eller ”Bolaget”) meddelar idag att Bolaget, med stöd av bemyndigandet från Bolagets årsstämma den 19 maj 2021, har uppdragit åt Danske Bank att utreda förutsättningarna för att genomföra en riktad nyemission om cirka 60 miljoner kronor (”Nyemissionen”). Teckningskursen samt det totala antalet nya aktier i Nyemissionen kommer att bestämmas i form av ett accelererat bookbuilding-förfarande (”Bookbuildingen”) riktad till institutionella investerare. Bookbuildingen kommer att inledas omedelbart efter offentliggörandet av detta pressmeddelande. Prissättning och tilldelning av de nya aktierna förväntas äga rum innan handeln på Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm inleds klockan 09:00 CEST den 2 juli 2021. Styrelsen kan komma att besluta om att förlänga eller förkorta anmälningsperioden och kan när som helst välja att avbryta Bookbuildingen och således avstå från att genomföra Nyemissionen. Iconovo kommer meddela resultatet av Nyemissionen i ett efterföljande pressmeddelande efter avslutad Bookbuilding.
Iconovo AB evaluates the conditions to carry out a directed new share issue
Iconovo AB (publ) (”Iconovo” or the ”Company”) today announces that the Company, pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company that was held on 19 May 2021, has mandated Danske Bank to evaluate the conditions to carry out a directed share issue of approximately SEK 60 million (the ”Issue”). The subscription price and the total number of new shares in the Issue will be determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure (the “Bookbuilding”) targeting institutional investors. The Bookbuilding will commence immediately following this announcement. Pricing and allocation of the new shares are expected to take place before the commencement of trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm at 09:00 CEST on 2 July 2021. The Board of Directors may decide to extend or shorten the application period and can at any moment decide to terminate the Bookbuilding and thus refrain from carrying out the Issue. Iconovo will announce the outcome of the Issue in a subsequent press release after completion of the Bookbuilding.
