Iconovo befäster sina långsiktiga finansiella mål för 2027, förväntad helårslönsamhet 2026
Iconovo AB (publ), som utvecklar kompletta inhalationsprodukter för en global marknad, meddelar idag att bolaget räknar med att uppnå lönsamhet under ett enskilt kvartal såväl 2024 som 2025 och helårslönsamhet från och med 2026. För år 2027 förväntas intäkter om 250 miljoner kronor med en EBITDA-marginal på 50 procent, vilket är i linje med de mål som kommunicerades i juni 2022. Cirka 85 procent av de prognosticerade intäkterna kommer från projekt som redan har initierats. Bolagets strategiska satsning på sitt erbjudande inom kontraktsutveckling (CDMO) av inhalerbara läkemedel är en viktig bidragande faktor och målet för antal nya affärer höjs till tre till fem nya avtal per år.

Iconovo ökar försäljningsinsatserna och säkrar produktionen för ICOcap genom omstrukturerat avtal med Stevanato
Iconovo AB (publ), som utvecklar kompletta inhalationsprodukter för en global marknad, meddelar att man har återtagit de globala rättigheterna att sälja och distribuera ICOcap® inhalatorer från Stevanato Group. Iconovo avser nu att kraftigt öka försäljningsinsatserna avseende ICOcap® medan Stevanato Group kommer att förbli enda kontraktstillverkare av ICOcap. I samband med omstruktureringen av avtalet kommer Iconovo att erhålla en betalning om EUR 200 000 under tredje kvartalet som ska användas för att ansöka om CE-märkning av ICOcap. Den förändrade samarbetsstrukturen förväntas öka bolagets framtida vinstmarginal på sålda produkter.
Iconovo increases sales efforts and supply chain security for ICOcap through restructured agreement with Stevanato
Iconovo AB (publ), which develops complete inhalation products for a global market, announces that it has regained the global rights to sell and distribute ICOcap® inhalers from Stevanato Group. Iconovo now aims to increase sales efforts pertaining to ICOcap®, and Stevanato Group will serve as the sole manufacturing partner. In conjunction with restructuring the agreement, Iconovo will receive a payment of EUR 200,000 during the third quarter to be used for the application for CE certification of ICOcap. The amended collaboration structure is expected to increase the company's future profit margin on products sold.

Iconovo inleder samarbete med danskt mindre bolag om utveckling av en ny inhalerbar behandling mot sällsynt sjukdom
Iconovo AB (publ), som utvecklar kompletta inhalationsprodukter för en global marknad, meddelar idag att man har ingått ett samarbetsavtal med ett danskt mindre utvecklingsbolag för att genomföra en feasibility-studie med en omformulerad inhalerbar version av en redan godkänd läkemedelssubstans i en av Iconovos patentskyddade inhalatorer. Projektet syftar till att utveckla en ny behandling mot en sällsynt sjukdom och ger Iconovo en initial intäkt på SEK 0,5 miljoner. Därefter kan ett eventuellt licensavtal generera ytterligare intäkter genom kontraktsarbete, milstolps- och royaltybetalningar, alternativt försäljning av inhalatorer. Samtidigt utvärderas ett annat av den nya kundens läkemedelsprojekt för eventuell inkludering i Iconovo Accelerator Program – ett nyetablerat initiativ för att underlätta möjligheterna att erhålla EU-finansiering.
Iconovo initiates collaboration with a small Danish company to develop a new inhalable treatment for a rare disease
Iconovo AB (publ), which develops complete inhalation products for a global market, today announced that it has entered an agreement with a small Danish development company to conduct a feasibility study with a reformulated inhalable version of an already approved drug substance in one of Iconovo's patented inhalers. The project aims to develop a new treatment for a rare disease and gives Iconovo an initial revenue of SEK 0.5 million. Thereafter, a possible license agreement may generate additional revenue through contract services, milestone and royalty payments, or sales of inhalers. Concurrently, another of the new customer's pharmaceutical projects is being evaluated for possible inclusion in the Iconovo Accelerator Program – a newly established initiative to facilitate opportunities for obtaining EU funding. The current agreement pertains to an initial three-month feasibility study of an inhalable version of an already market-approved drug. The aim is to use one of Iconovo's patented inhalers to develop a new treatment for a rare inflammatory disease that usually affects the lungs. Assuming a positive outcome of the feasibility study, the development company intends to apply for orphan drug status through an orphan drug designation request to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Orphan drug status allows for profitable sales of drugs for rare diseases despite small volumes. Iconovo assesses that the new treatment has a high market potential.
Iconovo provides increased opportunities for customers in its Novel Pharmaceuticals business segment to finance innovative development projects
Iconovo AB (publ), which develops complete inhalation products for a global market, today announces that the company strengthens its customer offering in the Novel Pharmaceuticals business segment by the launch of Iconovo Accelerator Program – a structured approach for pharmaceutical companies to obtain non-dilutive funding of commercially attractive projects. This is made possible through a newly established collaboration with the consulting firm Argentum, which specializes in structuring and managing application processes for EU funding and has so far helped secure over SEK 20 billion in research and development funding for its clients. The purpose of Iconovo Accelerator Program is to finance projects that are to a significant extent performed by Iconovo, which in turn can contribute to an increased earnings capacity for the company. Sales of medicines and vaccines for diseases where inhalers can provide significant benefits amount to almost USD 100 billion. Asthma, COPD, pulmonary hypertension and several types of vaccinations are some examples. Iconovo has already established four collaboration agreements in the Novel Pharmaceutical business segment, where it assists R&D-driven pharmaceutical companies in the development of completely new treatments based on the company's unique proprietary inhalers.
