Iconovo AB utreder förutsättningarna för att genomföra en riktad nyemission

Iconovo AB (publ) (”Iconovo” eller ”Bolaget”) meddelar idag att Bolaget, med stöd av bemyndigandet från Bolagets årsstämma den 19 maj 2021, har uppdragit åt Danske Bank att utreda förutsättningarna för att genomföra en riktad nyemission om cirka 60 miljoner kronor (”Nyemissionen”). Teckningskursen samt det totala antalet nya aktier i Nyemissionen kommer att bestämmas i form av ett accelererat bookbuilding-förfarande (”Bookbuildingen”) riktad till institutionella investerare. Bookbuildingen kommer att inledas omedelbart efter offentliggörandet av detta pressmeddelande. Prissättning och tilldelning av de nya aktierna förväntas äga rum innan handeln på Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm inleds klockan 09:00 CEST den 2 juli 2021. Styrelsen kan komma att besluta om att förlänga eller förkorta anmälningsperioden och kan när som helst välja att avbryta Bookbuildingen och således avstå från att genomföra Nyemissionen. Iconovo kommer meddela resultatet av Nyemissionen i ett efterföljande pressmeddelande efter avslutad Bookbuilding.

Iconovo AB evaluates the conditions to carry out a directed new share issue

Iconovo AB (publ) (”Iconovo” or the ”Company”) today announces that the Company, pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company that was held on 19 May 2021, has mandated Danske Bank to evaluate the conditions to carry out a directed share issue of approximately SEK 60 million (the ”Issue”). The subscription price and the total number of new shares in the Issue will be determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure (the “Bookbuilding”) targeting institutional investors. The Bookbuilding will commence immediately following this announcement. Pricing and allocation of the new shares are expected to take place before the commencement of trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm at 09:00 CEST on 2 July 2021. The Board of Directors may decide to extend or shorten the application period and can at any moment decide to terminate the Bookbuilding and thus refrain from carrying out the Issue. Iconovo will announce the outcome of the Issue in a subsequent press release after completion of the Bookbuilding.

Iconovo sets ambitious financial targets for 2026

Iconovo AB (publ), which develops complete inhalation products for a global market, today announces its five-year goals for the business. By 2026, the company expects to achieve sales of SEK 200 million. The target for operating profit is SEK 100 million, corresponding to an operating margin of 50%.

Iconovo och Respiratorius tecknar avtal för utveckling av inhalationsprodukt för behandling av KOL

Iconovo AB (publ), som utvecklar kompletta inhalationsprodukter för en global marknad, och Respiratorius AB (publ), som utvecklar läkemedelskandidater för behandling av bland annat KOL, tillkännagav i dag att de har tecknat avtal för utveckling av en inhalationsformulering samt en inhalationsprodukt för fas I-studier för Respiratorius läkemedelskandidat RES030-085 inom RESP9000 projektet för behandling av KOL och svår astma.

Iconovo and Respiratorius sign agreement for development of inhalation product to treat COPD

Iconovo AB (publ), which develops complete inhalation products for a global market, and Respiratorius AB (publ), which develops drug candidates for the treatment of COPD, and other common diseases, announced today that they have signed an agreement for the development of an inhalation formulation as well as an inhalation product for phase I studies for Respiratorius drug candidate RES030-085 within the RESP9000 project for the treatment of COPD and severe asthma.

Kommuniké från årsstämma i Iconovo AB (publ)

Idag, onsdagen den 19 maj 2021, har årsstämma i Iconovo AB (publ), 556938–0156 hållits genom endast poströstning enligt 20 § lagen (2020:198) om tillfälliga undantag för att underlätta genomförandet av bolags- och föreningsstämmor. Vid stämman var 4 768 565 aktier representerade vilket omfattar cirka 61 % av totalt antal aktier. Nedan följer en sammanfattning av de beslut som fattades.

Iconovo utökar avtalet med Amneal avseende generisk Symbicort till att omfatta nyckelmarknaderna USA och Kina, samt de nordiska försäljningsrättigheterna

Iconovo AB (publ), som utvecklar kompletta inhalationsprodukter för en global marknad, tillkännager idag att samarbetet med det amerikanska läkemedelsbolaget Amneal utvidgas till att nu inkludera ytterligare territorier som leder till att den kommunicerade potentialen för framtida årliga royaltyintäkter mer än fördubblas till 110 – 220 MSEK (13,2 – 26,4 MUSD). Iconovo har också förvärvat licensen att sälja Amneals generiska versioner av Symbicort® i de Nordiska länderna med en potential att generera mellan 80 – 100 MSEK.

Iconovo AB (publ), which develops complete inhalation products for a global market, today announced that its collaboration with the U.S. pharmaceutical company Amneal is expanding to include additional territories that lead to the announced potential for future annual royalty income more than doubling to USD 13.2 – 26.4 million. Iconovo has also acquired the license to sell Amneal's generic versions of Symbicort® in the Nordic region with the potential to generate revenues between USD 9.5 – 11.9 million.
