Iconovo AB (publ), which develops complete inhalation products for a global market, today announces that the Japanese Patent Office (JPO) has issued a Notice of Allowance for yet another patent pertaining to ICOone® – an innovative inhaler platform that enables easy and cost-effective administration of vaccines and biologics. Iconovo is already running several development projects based on ICOone®, one of which is financially supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Iconovo to evaluate ICOone Nasal for the development of antiviral nasal inhalation product

Iconovo AB (publ), which develops complete inhalation products for a global market announced today that it has reached an agreement with ENA Respiratory Pty Ltd to evaluate ICOone® Nasal for delivering INNA-051, a first-in-class, broad-spectrum, innate immunomodulator in development for the prophylaxis of complications associated with respiratory viral infections. Iconovo is entitled to step-by-step development service fees at a total value of up to SEK 0.9 million over the coming four months, whereafter further development work will be discussed.

Iconovo AB has completed a directed new share issue of SEK 55 million

The Board of Directors of Iconovo AB (”Iconovo” or the ”Company”) has, in accordance with the intention that was published through a press release earlier today and with the support from the authorisation from the Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2022, resolved on a directed new share issue of 1,375,000 new shares, at a subscription price of SEK 40 per share (the “New Share Issue”). This means that the Company receives SEK 55 million before transaction costs. The subscription price in the New Share Issue has been determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure (the ”Bookbuilding”), that was carried out by Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial (“Danske Bank”). The New Share Issue was subscribed for by a number of institutional investors, including funds managed by Eiffel Investment Group (“Eiffel”).

Iconovo AB evaluates the conditions to carry out a directed new share issue of approximately SEK 50 million and brings forward publication of the year-end report for the financial year 2022

Iconovo AB (”Iconovo” or the ”Company”) has mandated Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial (“Danske Bank”) to evaluate the conditions to carry out a directed new share issue of approximately SEK 50 million (the ”New Share Issue”). The subscription price and the total number of new shares in the New Share Issue will be determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure (the “Bookbuilding”) targeting institutional investors. Several current shareholders, among others Eiffel Investment Group (“Eiffel”), have expressed strong support for the New Share Issue and intends to participate in the New Share Issue with significant amounts. Due to the New Share Issue, the Board of Directors has resolved to bring forward the publication of the Company’s year-end report for the financial year 2022. This means that the Company receives SEK 75,005,000 before transaction costs. The subscription price in the Issue has been determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure (the ”Bookbuilding”). The Issue was subscribed for by several new Swedish and international institutional investors, such as Alcur Fonder, FE Fonder and Humle Fonder, as well as several existing owners, such as Andra AP-fonden, Fjärde AP-fonden, Handelsbanken Fonder and Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB.

Iconovo AB (publ) (”Iconovo” or the ”Company”) today announces that the Company, pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company that was held on 19 May 2021, has mandated Danske Bank to evaluate the conditions to carry out a directed share issue of approximately SEK 60 million (the ”Issue”). The subscription price and the total number of new shares in the Issue will be determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure (the “Bookbuilding”) targeting institutional investors. The Bookbuilding will commence immediately following this announcement. Pricing and allocation of the new shares are expected to take place before the commencement of trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm at 09:00 CEST on 2 July 2021. The Board of Directors may decide to extend or shorten the application period and can at any moment decide to terminate the Bookbuilding and thus refrain from carrying out the Issue.
