Iconovo AB (publ), som utvecklar kompletta inhalationsprodukter för en global marknad, meddelar idag att man har inlett förhandlingar med ett snabbväxande generikaföretag avseende inhalatorn ICOpre®. Företaget är en del av en global företagsgrupp fokuserade på komplexa generiska produkter och har en förväntad omsättning på ca 500 - 1.000 MUSD under 2022. Syftet med förhandlingarna är att ingå ett licensavtal för utveckling och marknadsföring av en eller flera läkemedelsprodukter baserade på Iconovos egenutvecklade förfyllda inhalator ICOpre®. Det finns inga garantier för att dessa förhandlingar kommer att leda till ett faktiskt avtal mellan företagen.
Iconovo’s ICOone® inhaler platform receives new patent approval in the US
Iconovo AB (publ), that develops inhalation products for a global market, today announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to approve an additional patent for ICOone® – an innovative inhaler platform that enables convenient and cost-effective administration of vaccines and biologics. Iconovo is already pursuing several development projects based on ICOone®, including one with financial support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Iconovo receives USD 883,800 grant from recognized international foundation to develop inhaled therapy with ICOone Nasal for the next pandemic
Iconovo, that develops inhalation products for a global market, today announces that it has received a grant of USD 883,800 from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The grant work plan is focused on the development of a low-cost device that can provide delivery of medical compounds to the full (upper and lower) respiratory tract and will be performed in the period August 2022 – June 2023. The purpose is to establish a fast track for inhaled therapies that will facilitate improved global healthcare, primarily in low- and middle-income countries, in the event of a new virus pandemic.
Iconovo får 9 MSEK i anslag från ansedd internationell stiftelse för att utveckla inhalerade terapier baserade på ICOone Nasal inför nästa pandemi
Iconovo AB (publ), som utvecklar kompletta inhalationsprodukter för en global marknad, meddelar idag att bolaget har erhållit ett anslag om cirka 9 miljoner kronor från Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Anslaget ska användas för att utveckla en lågkostnadsprodukt som möjliggör administration av medicinska substanser till såväl de övre som nedre luftvägarna. Projektet kommer att genomföras under perioden augusti 2022 till juni 2023. Syftet är att etablera ett snabbspår för inhalationsbehandlingar som kan förbättra den globala sjukvården, framför allt i låg- och medelinkomstländer, i händelse av en ny viruspandemi.

Iconovo receives approval of additional patent for ICOres® in the EU
Iconovo AB (publ), that develops complete inhalation products for a global market, today announced that the European Patent Office (EPO) has provided a Notice of Allowance regarding an additional patent application for the inhaler platform ICOres. ICOres is currently being used in several of Iconovo’s customer projects and this additional patent will bring a longer and improved protection period for customers launching in the future.
