Iconovo carries out a directed issue of shares of approx. SEK 25 million and a rights issue of shares of approx. SEK 24.6 million, which is covered to 100% by subscription undertakings and guarantee commitments
The Board of Directors of Iconovo AB ("Iconovo" or the "Company") has today resolved on a directed share issue of approximately SEK 25 million (the "Directed Issue"), and on an issue of shares of approximately SEK 24.6 million with preferential rights for the Company's existing shareholders (the "Rights Issue", together the "Issues"). The Directed Issue is directed to the Company's existing principal owners Färna Invest AB ("Färna Invest") and FSG Fund II AB ("FSG"). The subscription price per share in the Issues amounts to SEK 1.15. The main purpose of the Issues is to ensure continued operation in the Company for at least 12 months, with undiminished progress in existing projects that are now subject to active out-licensing. The Issues are subject to approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 December 2025. The Rights Issue is covered to 100 percent by subscription undertakings and guarantee commitments from the Company's board members and existing shareholders. Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting will be published through a separate press release. Due to the Rights Issue, the Board of Directors has decided to bring forward the publication of the year-end report for 2025 to 12 February 2026.
Iconovo genomför en riktad emission av aktier om cirka 25 MSEK och en företrädesemission av aktier om cirka 24,6 MSEK vilken omfattas till 100% av teckningsförbindelser och garantiåtaganden
Styrelsen för Iconovo AB (”Iconovo” eller ”Bolaget”) har idag beslutat om en riktad nyemission av aktier om cirka 25 MSEK (den ”Riktade Emissionen”) samt om en nyemission av aktier om cirka 24,6 MSEK med företrädesrätt för Bolagets befintliga aktieägare (”Företrädesemissionen”, tillsammans ”Emissionerna”). Den Riktade Emissionen riktar sig till Bolagets befintliga huvudägare Färna Invest AB (”Färna Invest”) och FSG Fund II AB (”FSG”). Teckningskursen per aktie i Emissionerna uppgår till 1,15 SEK. Det huvudsakliga syftet med Emissionerna är att säkra fortsatt drift i Bolaget i minst 12 månader, med oförminskad progress i befintliga projekt som nu är föremål för aktiv utlicensiering. Emissionerna är villkorade av godkännande vid extra bolagsstämma den 15 december 2025. Företrädesemissionen omfattas till 100 procent av teckningsförbindelser och garantiåtaganden från Bolagets styrelsemedlemmar och befintliga aktieägare. Kallelse till den extra bolagsstämman offentliggörs genom separat pressmeddelande. Med anledning av Företrädesemissionen har styrelsen beslutat om att tidigarelägga publicering av bokslutskommunikén för 2025 till den 12 februari 2026.
Iconovo utser ny VD
Iconovo AB (publ), ledande inom utveckling av inhalerbara läkemedel baserade på egenutvecklade inhalatorer och torrpulverformuleringar, har idag anställt Anders Månsson som interim VD för Iconovo AB. Styrelsen har parallellt inlett en process med att rekrytera en permanent VD där även Anders är en kandidat.
