Iconovo utökar samarbetet med ISR med tilläggsavtal värt 13,6 miljoner kronor

Iconovo AB (publ) utökar samarbetet med immunterapibolaget Immune System Regulation AB (ISR), som nu accelererar utvecklingen av ett inhalerbart vaccin mot covid-19. Expansionen innebär att avtalsvärdet på samarbetet ökar med nära 13,6 miljoner kronor. Iconovo är dessutom berättigat till låga ensiffriga royalties på försäljningen av en färdig produkt.

Iconovo och TOA tecknar avtal för utveckling av generisk inhalationsprodukt

Iconovo AB (publ), som utvecklar kompletta inhalationsprodukter för en global marknad, och TOA Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, som utvecklar generiska produkter för den japanska marknaden, meddelade idag att de har tecknat avtal om att utvärdera en inhalator från Iconovo för en generisk produktutveckling. Avtalet har ett värde på 202 000 euro som ska betalas under de kommande 12 månaderna.

Iconovo and TOA sign agreement for development of a generic product

Iconovo AB (publ), that develops complete inhalation products for a global market, and TOA Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, which develops generic products for the Japanese market announced today that they have signed a feasibility agreement to use an inhaler from Iconovo for a generic product development. The feasibility agreement has a value of EUR 202.000 to be paid over the coming 12 months.

Iconovo AB (publ), a company developing complete inhalation products for a global market, today announced that it has received an order from the immunotherapy company ISR Immune System Regulation AB (ISR), a subsidiary of ISR Immune System Regulation Holding AB (publ), for additional work for the ongoing project with inhaled COVID-19 vaccine with a development of a nasal version of Iconovo's inhaler ICOone. The additional order may give Iconovo up to 4.9 MSEK in addition to previously announced agreement.

Iconovo AB (publ), som utvecklar kompletta inhalationsprodukter för en global marknad, tillkännager idag att samarbetet med det amerikanska läkemedelsbolaget Amneal utvidgas till att nu inkludera ytterligare territorier som leder till att den kommunicerade potentialen för framtida årliga royaltyintäkter mer än fördubblas till 110 – 220 MSEK (13,2 – 26,4 MUSD). Iconovo har också förvärvat licensen att sälja Amneals generiska versioner av Symbicort® i de Nordiska länderna med en potential att generera mellan 80 – 100 MSEK.

Iconovo has also acquired the license to sell Amneal's generic versions of Symbicort® in the Nordic region with the potential to generate revenues between USD 9.5 – 11.9 million.

Iconovo AB (publ), a company developing complete inhalation products for a global market, today announced that it has signed an agreement with the immunotherapy company Immune System Regulation AB (ISR), an affiliate to ISR Immune System Regulation Holding AB (publ), for the development of an inhaled covid-19 vaccine in Iconovo’s inhaler ICOone®. The agreement is Iconovo’s second agreement within its newest strategic area innovative inhalation projects and confirms the suitability of ICOone to be used also for vaccines.
